III.Family Interview

– Once your submitted application was reviewed, the admissions office will contact you to
schedule a family interview.
– All parents are required to have read the Parent/Student Handbook prior to the family

– The family interview helps us to assess new applicants based on our school’s mission and
culture. Families are assessed based upon: family support and partnership, and alignment of
the family’s faith with the school’s statement of faith
– This is a great time for the families to get to know CCS better and get answers to any
questions they might have.

IV.Assessment

leadership), within a week of the family interview.

V. Acceptance & Admittance

Enrollment Process

2026-2027

Below you’ll find the three pathways for enrollment:

  • Current CCS Families (Re-Enrollment)
  • CMCS Families (Who Have Been Impacted by a School Closure)
  • New Families (Open Enrollment)

Our desire is to make this process smooth, prayerful, and pressure-free.

CURRENT CCS FAMILIES (Enroll Now!)

Step 1: Re-enroll by December 31st to guarantee your spot

To indicate your intent to re-enroll for the 2026–2027 school year, simply pay the annual registration fee of $80 per student by December 31st. That’s it.

  • No application required.
  • No interview required.
  • This step alone secures your family’s priority for placement.

If re-enrolling by December 31st doesn’t work for you, you can make that decision later. It’s just that new families will start to be added to our school after January 1st as well and you’ll be in the regular queue with new families.
You will be emailed your registration link this week.

Step 2: Complete Additional Forms

In January, you’ll complete any updated forms needed for next school year, but your student’s spot is already secured once the $80 registration fee is paid. There is no need for current CCS families to rush or worry about losing space—your students will continue to be our first priority through 12/31/25. It’s as easy as hitting the pay link above and will take less than two minutes to complete.

NEW FAMILIES (Open Enrollment Starting 2/1/26)

Open Enrollment starts on 2/1/26 this year for all other new students. We’re happy to have you!

Step 1: Complete the Digital Application

We’ll place the link for the application on the website on 2/1/26.

Step 2: Schedule Your Family Interview

After the application is submitted, our team will contact you to arrange a family interview in January and February. This helps us get to know you and answer your questions personally. These interviews will be arranged in order of when the application were received.

Step 3: Pay the $80 Registration Fee After the Interview

Following your interview (in January or February), if you are accepted, you may pay the $80 registration fee to hold your student’s spot. We hope to wrap up this process in February.
