Integrity in Athletics
CCS Athletics seeks to assist student-athletes in developing strong character by promoting excellence and integrity, inspiring each to excel at the highest level of competition. All department goals, principles and policies have been created in an effort to make the mission statement a true focus in the everyday life of the CCS student-athlete.
How To Participate?
In order to be eligible to condition, practice, and play, all student athletes must have a current Athletic Participation Physical Form on file, valid through the end of the athlete’s season. Parents and student athletes MUST read, sign, and turn in all paperwork located in the Athletic Handbook & Packet. Also, the sport fee must be paid or arrangements must be made with the Athletic Director.

Cornerstone Christian School offers parents and students alike the opportunity to support their school through the purchase of CCS apparel. With available items including hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and more, members of the CCS community can proudly represent the Crusader style.

Football Season Timeline
Football is a fall sport and runs from late June through the end of November. With practices starting in the summer.
Notable Achievements
- CCS Football has won our league 6/7 years.
- 2025 CCS Football ended the season as the number 1 ranked 8 man football team in California.
- 2025 CCS Football won 11 games, marking the most wins in a season in the schools 30 year history.
- CCS Football has made the CIF southern section playoffs for the last 7 years and counting.
- 2025 CCS Football team broke every record in school history. Points scoring and points scored against.

Volleyball Season Timeline
Volleyball is a fall sport and runs from mid july through the end of October. Practices start in mid July, with games starting in mid August. All practices and home games are held in the gym.
Notable Achievements
- CCS Volleyball has won the Majestic league 4 out of the last 5 years.
- CCS Volleyball has made the CIF southern section playoffss the last 5 years and counting.
- CCS Volleyball retains the coach of the year, and the reigning sportsmanship of the year winners.
- CCS Volleyball will be looking forward to starting thier first season in the brand new Legacy Conference.

Season Timeline
High school: Basketball is during the winter season and practices start the beginning of July and ending mid February.
Middle school: Middle school basketball is played during the spring season and usually starts in the middle of february and runs to the end of april.
Notable Achievements
- CCS HS Basketball will be playing in a brand new conference this season. (the legacy conference)
- CCS HS/ MS Basketball offers great competition in a christian based conference.
- CCS Basketball finished the Majestic league out last season with a Win and looks to build off that heading into the 26/27 school year.

Soccer Season Timeline
The soccer season is during the winter season. Usually practices start late november and run all the way through mid to the end of february. Practices are held off site at marna o brian sports park in wildomar California. Home games are played off site and will be posted.
Notable Achievements
- CCS Girls soccer separated from being co-ed a few years ago and has quickly become one of Cornerstones more dominant programs.
- CCS Girls soccer has made the playoffs 2 years in a row.
- CCS Girls soccer in the 24/25 season made it all the way to the cif southern section semi finals.
- CCS boys soccer coming off a season making the cif southern section playoffs.
- CCS Boys soccer looks to start out fresh joining the brand new conference, the legacy conference.

Softball Timeline
Softball falls at the end of the school year during the spring season. Practices usually start at the end of February and go all the way through the beginning of June.
Notable Achievements
- CCS Softball team of 25/26 more than quadrupled their win total from the prior season.
- CCS Softball made the CIF southern section playoffs for the first time in over a decade during the 25-26 softball season.
- CCS Softball is the reigning sportsmanship award winners and lols to carry that Christian like sportsmanship into the 26/27 season.

Baseball Season Timeline
Our High school baseball runs towards the end of the school year being played in the spring season. Practice for the season starts at the beginning of January and the season runs towards the beginning of June.
Notable Achievements
- CCS Baseball made it the farthest by tying the previous schools record of making it to the CIF southern sections quarterfinals.
- CCS Baseball brings back the reigning Coach of the year for the Majestic league.
- CCS Baseball played the hardest schedule in schools history, playing teams such as, (Div1) boats murrieta, murrieta mesa, San Jacinto high school, and temescal canyon.

Golf Timeline
High school golf practices usually start late February early March. It runs at the end of the school year being a spring sport. All games and practices are played at Bear Creek.
Notable Achievements
- CCS Golf has been a league contender for a good part of the last decade.
- CCS Golf shared the last majestic league championship.
- CCS Golf looks forward to competing in the brand new Legacy Conference in the 26/27 season.

Flag Football Timeline
Being one of the first fall middle school sports programs. Flag football starts early August and runs until the end of October.
This marks the first season of Boys flag football in over a decade and we are so excited to watch these little ones grow in the name of the Lord and the game we all love.
